Common questions
Do you organize private tours?
Yes. Many of our activities can be organized as private tours. We can also prepare a fully customized program adjusted to the number of participants, date, interests and budget.
Is hotel pickup possible?
Yes. Many of our tours include hotel pickup or can be organized with private transport. Details depend on the selected product - we will confirm the pickup arrangements when we prepare your booking.
Do you organize corporate events?
Yes. We organize corporate events, integration trips, team building, incentive travel and custom programs for companies. We can prepare both half-day and multi-day programs depending on your needs.
Do you organize bachelor and bachelorette parties?
Yes. We create ready-made and custom bachelor and bachelorette party packages. They can include, among others, shooting range, quads, buggy rides, beer tasting, VIP clubbing, transfers and full-day attractions. We can combine daytime activities with an organized evening out in Krakow.
Are extreme activities safe?
Yes. Safety is one of our priorities. We work with professional instructors and trusted partners. Participants receive a full briefing and instructions before every activity, and every product is organized according to proper safety standards. No prior experience is needed for most of our activities.
Can you prepare an event from scratch?
Yes. Tailor-made events are one of our key services. We can combine different attractions, transport, meals, guides, instructors, nightlife and additional elements into one complete program. Just tell us the basic details and we will prepare a proposal.
Do you cooperate with travel agencies?
Yes. We cooperate with agencies, sales platforms and international partners looking for a trusted local operator in Poland. If you are a travel agency or booking platform, feel free to contact us to discuss collaboration.
What languages do you provide service in?
The main language of service for international clients is English. Depending on the tour and availability, service in other languages may also be possible on request.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard tours, we recommend booking at least a few days in advance to ensure availability. For larger groups, custom programs, corporate events or peak season dates, the earlier the better - we suggest contacting us at least 2-4 weeks before the event.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor conditions before every outdoor activity. In cases where weather significantly affects safety or the quality of the experience, we will contact you in advance to discuss options - rescheduling, an alternative activity or a refund, depending on the situation.
